Essence Women Luncheon

Viola Davis is an acclaimed actress who is an avid supporter of the Upward Bound Program at Rhode Island College.  This federally funded program provides funding for economically-disadvantaged students by providing support and skills needed for secondary studies. Many may not know she is a two-time Tony Award winning thespian for her role in King Hedley II and a second Tony for her performance in Fences.
